As an emerging monitoring method, UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology provides a novel solution for deep foundation pit safety monitoring. This paper first introduces the applications of UAV technology in engineering construction and its technical advantages for foundation pit safety monitoring. Using a foundation pit construction project as a case study, it then details the specific applications of UAV image analysis in safety monitoring. Finally, the challenges of using UAV technology for foundation pit safety monitoring are discussed, and suggestions for improvement are provided. This study aims to offer valuable insights for research and practice in the field of deep foundation pit safety monitoring. |
