      提出了一种具有良好抗滑性能与降噪性能的路用树脂封层方案,由耐候环氧树脂+金刚砂+橡胶颗粒组成。通过断裂拉伸试验、拉拔试验、坚固性试验等对不同材料性能进行了研究与优选,并应用于陈海公路东段项目。结果显示:耐候环氧树脂拉伸强度具有强度高、变形性能好、粘结能力强的特点;金刚砂颗粒内部结构更为坚固致密,防水效果好,更适合应用于树脂薄层罩面;树脂封层可有效提高铺装水稳定性和高温稳定性,具有良好的初始抗滑性能和抗滑耐久性,具有良好的降噪效果。新型树脂封层可有效解决目前薄层环氧铺装抗剪切性能不足、耐磨耗性能不足、降噪性能不足等问题。

      This paper presents a resin sealing scheme for road applications with excellent skid resistance and noise reduction properties, composed of weather resistant epoxy resin, emery, and rubber particles. The properties of various materials were investigated and optimized through fracture tensile tests, pull off tests, and durability tests, and the solution was applied in the eastern section of the Chenhai Highway project. Findings indicate that the weather resistant epoxy resin exhibits high tensile strength, favorable deformation performance, and strong bonding capacity. The emery particles have a solid and dense internal structure with outstanding waterproofing, making them suitable for use in thin layer resin coatings. The resin sealing layer effectively enhances water stability and high temperature resistance of the pavement, providing excellent initial skid resistance,durability, and noise reduction performance. This new resin sealing layer effectively addresses issues with current thin layer epoxy pavements, including insufficient shear resistance, wear resistance, and noise reduction performance.
