筒形地下立体车库存取车过程中升降机作为主要服役设备,经常面临高频往复运动、受力随机多变等复杂工况,容易发生疲劳破坏。针对目前地下立体车库升降机结构故障频发、废库率较高等问题,选取SSUG8/96型筒形地下立体车库升降机结构为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench建立三维模型进行整体力学分析;使用nCode DesignLife疲劳分析工具联合仿真探究升降机结构的疲劳寿命。结果表明:各工况支腿上、下翼缘板根部与法兰盘连接处应力较大,且最大应力小于结构的容许应力,满足静强度设计要求;疲劳寿命分析最小寿命部位与静力学高应力区域分析结果一致,最小疲劳寿命为7.434×106次循环,结构在设计使用年限内是可靠的,符合疲劳强度规范要求。 |

The elevator is the primary mechanical equipment used in accessing and storing vehicles in cylindrical underground parking garage, frequently operating under high frequency reciprocating motion, random variable loads, and other complex conditions, which make it prone to fatigue failure. To address the issues of frequent failures and high decommissioning rates, this study selects the SSUG8/96 cylindrical underground garage elevator structure as the research object. A three dimensional model was established in ANSYS Workbench to perform a comprehensive stress analysis of the elevator structure. Additionally, fatigue life simulations were conducted using the nCode Design Life fatigue analysis tool. The results indicate that the stress concentration is higher at the root joints of the upper and lower flange plates on the support brackets. The maximum stress remains below the allowable stress limit, satisfying static strength design requirements. The minimum fatigue life area identified in the analysis aligns with regions of high static stress, with the lowest fatigue life reaching 7.434×106 cycles, demonstrating that the structure is reliable within its design service life and meets fatigue strength specifications. |
