      依托新建重庆至昆明高速铁路的台子村1号大桥(48+80+48)m连续梁工程,分析了传统的挂篮(上锚固悬臂灌注造桥机)浇筑施工存在的问题和隐患,介绍了采用的下锚固悬臂灌注施工造桥机的结构和主要施工工序。通过有限元建模分析,说明造桥机在浇筑和走行工况下,其力学性能满足要求。下锚式悬臂灌注造桥机强度安全储备大、变形小,且其在安拆、走行、调模、人工等方面均具有明显优势。
英文摘要:
      Based on the continuous beam construction of the Taizi Village No. 1 Bridge (48+80+48)m on the newly constructed Chongqing Kunming High Speed Railway, this paper analyzes the issues and potential hazards associated with the traditional suspended basket (upper anchored cantilever casting bridge machine) construction method. It introduces the structure and primary construction procedures of a lower anchored cantilever casting bridge machine as an alternative. Finite element modeling analysis demonstrates that the mechanical performance of this bridge machine meets required standards under casting and traveling conditions. The lower anchored cantilever casting bridge machine features a large safety reserve in terms of strength, minimal deformation, and distinct advantages in installation, removal, traveling, mold adjustment, and manual operations.
