      高铁施工过程中现浇桩均采用自密成型的高性能混凝土,其工作性能、力学性能、孔溶液pH值以及耐久性发展制约着地基稳定性。结合京津城际延伸线天津~于家堡工程项目,通过对比拟应用于桩基结构中8种不同配合比混凝土的坍落度、坍落扩展度、抗压强度、硬化浆体孔溶液pH以及电通量指标,得出C4配合比即粉煤灰掺量20%、矿粉掺量20%为最佳配合比。实际应用成桩效果良好,满足高铁建设中桩基施工要求。
英文摘要:
      In the process of the construction of high speed railways, the cast in place piles are all made of self compacting high performance concrete, of which the work performance, mechanical properties, pH value of the pore solution and the development of durability are all closely related to the stability of the foundation. With the Tianjin Yujiapu Project of the Beijing Tianjin Intercity Extension Line as the technical background, and by comparing the slump, slump expansion, compressive strength, pH values of hardened slurry pore solution and electric flux index of eight different mix ratio concrete to be used for the pile foundation structure, it is found that the mixing ratio of C4, namely, 20% of fly ash and 20% of mineral powder, is the best mixing ratio. The pile forming effect is good in practical application, which meets the requirements of the pile foundation in the construction of high speed railways.
