In the process of the construction of high speed railways, the cast in place piles are all made of self compacting high performance concrete, of which the work performance, mechanical properties, pH value of the pore solution and the development of durability are all closely related to the stability of the foundation. With the Tianjin Yujiapu Project of the Beijing Tianjin Intercity Extension Line as the technical background, and by comparing the slump, slump expansion, compressive strength, pH values of hardened slurry pore solution and electric flux index of eight different mix ratio concrete to be used for the pile foundation structure, it is found that the mixing ratio of C4, namely, 20% of fly ash and 20% of mineral powder, is the best mixing ratio. The pile forming effect is good in practical application, which meets the requirements of the pile foundation in the construction of high speed railways. |
