      针对基础形式为嵌岩桩、岩层强度较高、溶洞情况复杂、钻孔深度达150 m的桩基施工,若在钻孔过程中处理不当,将导致工期延后且成桩质量无法保证。项目选用了最大钻孔直径5.5 m、钻孔深度大于150 m的KTY5000型旋转钻机施工,钻孔前对地质进行预注浆处理,钻孔过程中遇溶洞发生漏浆后,采用抛填片石黏土混合物、混凝土回填等处理方法,快速优质地完成了孔深达150 m且地质情况复杂的钻孔桩施工任务。
英文摘要:
      In view of the construction of pile foundation with rock socketed piles, high strength rock stratum, complex karst cave conditions and deep holes whose drilling depths are up to 150 m, the construction duration might be delayed and the quality of the piles could hardly ensured if it were improperly handled in the drilling process. In such a case, the KTY5000 rotary drilling machine with a maximum diameter of 5.5 m and a maximum depth greater than 150 m is used for the project, and pre grouting treatment is carried out before the hole is drilled. In the process of hole drilling, if slurry leakage happens in a karst stratum, the methods of flake clay mixture and concrete backfilling will be applied to the sections concerned. With those technical measures taken, the construction task of the bored piles with hole depth up to 150 m and in complex geological conditions is accomplished quickly and with high quality.
