      靖神铁路横山隧道为浅埋黄土隧道,在DK165+285~DK165+326下穿明长城遗址。为了保护明长城遗址,参考国内类似工程与文物部门要求,并结合设计,确定了下穿明长城段地表最大沉降不应超过30 mm、位移速率不应大于5 mm/d、局部倾斜应小于1‰的控制标准。采用flac3D有限差分软件分析了不同(超前)支护措施对地表沉降的控制效果。结果表明:隧道采用洞身管棚、超前注浆小导管并加固掌子面时,下穿长城段地表沉降符合控制标准要求,且控制效果最好。实际施工中有效保证了隧道稳定和长城遗址的安全。
英文摘要:
      The Hengshan Tunnel of Jingshen Railway is a shallow buried loess tunnel, which has to undercross the site of the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty at DK165+285~DK165+326. In order to protect the site of the Great Wall, upon the basis of considering the requirements of the cultural relics departments and in view of other similar projects and the design requirements of the present project, decided in the construction scheme for the project are the control standards that the maximum surface settlement of the section undercrossing the Great Wall should not exceed 30 mm, the displacement rate should not exceed 5 mm/d and the local inclination should be less than 1‰. The Flac3D finite difference software is used to analyze the control effect of different supporting measures in the surface settlement. The results show that the control effect is the best when the tube shed of the tunnel body, small grouting pipes in advance and tunnel face reinforcement are adopted for the project, in which case it is found that the surface settlement of the Great Wall section is in agreement with the requirements of the control standards and the control effect is the best when the construction of the tunnel is undercrossing the Great Wall section. The stability of the tunnel and the safety of the Great Wall are both fully ensured during the actual construction.
