      随着我国交通工程建设的不断发展,隧道下穿高速公路工程问题不断增多。以洺水隧道下穿邢汾高速公路工程为依托,首先采用数值计算方法对隧道开挖方法进行了优化,进而开展现场试掘进试验,对下穿过程中地表沉降变形规律进行了分析,最后通过隧道下穿过程中的监控量测,分析了变形控制技术的可行性。研究结果表明:CRD法和台阶法开挖均可保证隧道下穿施工过程中高速公路的沉降在控制标准内,洺水隧道下穿邢汾高速公路采用台阶法开挖。高速公路最大沉降为9.7 mm,保证了高速公路运营安全。

      With the continuous development of the traffic engineering construction in China, more and more engineering problems emerge in tunnel projects undercrossing existing expressways. With the project of the Mingshui Tunnel undercrossing the Xingfen Expressway as the technical background, the excavation method for the tunnel is firstly optimized with the numerical calculation method, and then the field trial excavation test is carried out to analyze the surface settlement deformation law in the undercrossing process, and finally through monitoring and measuring during the undercrossing of the tunnel, the feasibility of the deformation control technology is analyzed. The results of our research show that the undercrossing excavation construction by both the CRD method and the bench method can ensure that the settlement of the expressway during the tunnel undercrossing construction is kept within the control standard, and thus, the Mingshui Tunnel under the Xingfen Expressway can be excavated by the bench method. The maximum settlement of the expressway after the Mingshui Tunnel undercrossing construction is 9.7 mm, with the safe operation of the expressway ensured.
