      矿料配合比是影响热拌沥青混合料各项马歇尔指标的主要因素。介绍地处非洲的苏丹法乌公路工程中热拌沥青混合料配合比的设计过程,首先用贝雷法计算出关键控制筛孔的尺寸,将此筛孔的通过率尽量控制在设计中值,其他筛孔的尺寸尽量贴近中值,初步设定矿料配合比试拌,得出结果后,分析马歇尔指标与影响因素的关系及矿料配合比对马歇尔指标的影响,对矿料配合比进行调整。实践证明,设计的沥青混凝土配比适用于单层沥青路面,满足高速公路的使用要求。
英文摘要:
      The mixture ratio of mineral aggregate is one of the main factors that affect the Marshall indices of hot mixed asphalt. Introduced in the present paper is the design process of the ratio of the hot mixed asphalt mixture for the Fawu Highway Project in Sudan of Africa. Firstly, the size of key control sieve hole is calculated by the Beret method, the passing ratio of which is kept to the medium value of the design as much as possible, and the size of other sieve holes is kept close to the medium value as much as possible. The trial mixture is performed after the mix ratio of mineral materials is primarily decided. After the results are obtained, the relationship between Marshall indices and influential factors, and the influence of the mix ratio on Marshall indices are analyzed, upon the basis of which the mix ratio of the mineral materials is adjusted. Practice shows that the mix ratio of the designed asphalt concrete is suitable for the single layer asphalt pavement and meets the application requirements of expressways.
