      成都轨道交通17号线一期明九区间2#中间风井~九江北站盾构区间工程,地层具有高富水、高砂卵石含量、高强度漂石的地质结构特点,经过长时间降水后细小颗粒被带走,地层受扰动并存在大量的非稳定大卵石结构,给大直径(8.634 m)土压平衡盾构机首次在这类地层施工增加了难度。〖JP2〗通过采用隧道盾构施工预加固、渣土改良、盾构参数精准控制、同步及二次注浆等施工技术,有效地保证了盾构施工的安全和可靠。大直径土压平衡盾构机首次在成都富水砂卵石地层长时间长距离降水段的成功应用为同类工程提供了施工经验。
英文摘要:
      The Mingjiu Section of the first phase project of Line 17 of Chengdu Rail Transit between the 2# middle Air Shaft and the North Jiujiang Station is located in a rich watered stratum of high sandy pebble content and high strength boulder. After long time de watering, the fine particles are taken away, the stratum is disturbed and there are a large number of unstable pebble structures, all of which add much difficulty to the construction of a large diameter(8.634 m) shield in such a stratum for the first time. Through the pre reinforcement of the shield construction, slag improvement, the accurate control of shield parameters, the synchronous and secondary grouting and other construction techniques, the safety and reliability of the shield construction is effectively ensured. The successful application of large diameter earth pressure balanced shield machines to the long term and long distance de watered sections of a rich watered sandy pebble stratum in Chengdu for the first time provides construction experience for other similar projects.
