      以某铁路钢管混凝土系杆拱桥为工程背景,采用Midas软件,根据施工过程建立了有限元模型,对各施工阶段拱肋、系梁和吊杆的应力和变形进行了分析。对该拱桥进行了应力及线形施工监控,详细介绍了监控方法及测点布置方案,并将实测值与数值计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:拆除系梁支架后系梁和拱肋的挠度增加幅度明显;随着拱桥整体刚度的增大,系梁压应力下降,拱肋压应力增加,体现出系杆拱桥的受力特征;系梁和拱肋的实测应力和位移均与有限元计算结果比较吻合,说明施工监测方案合理,可为同类结构的施工监测提供参考。
英文摘要:
      With a certain railway concrete filled steel tube tied arch bridge as the background, a finite element model is established in this paper with the help of the Midas software and according to its construction process, upon the basis of which the stress and deformation of the arch rib, the tie beam, and hanger rods are analyzed at different stages of the construction. The stress and the alignment construction of the arch bridge are monitored and controlled. Both the monitoring methods and the test point arranging schemes are introduced in detail in the present paper, with the site measured results compared with the calculated results. The results show that, the deflection of the ribs and beam increases apparently after the scaffolds are removed; the compressive stress of the tie beam decreases but that of the arch ribs increases with the increase in the integral rigidity of the arch bridge, which reflects the stress characteristics of the tied arch bridge; the monitored stress and deformation of the tie beam and arch ribs are found to be quite in agreement with the results calculated with the help of the finite element model, which shows that the construction monitoring scheme is rational, and the monitoring scheme may serve as a useful reference for the construction monitoring of other similar structures.
