      为得到转体系统在竖向荷载作用下球铰接触面应力分布规律以及《公路桥涵施工技术规范》公式计算球铰接触应力的精确度,以延崇高速公路上跨康延铁路Q1K3+702.892处主桥所采用的2×60 m 预应力混凝土转体T构桥为算例,利用ABAQUS2019软件建立了转体结构精细化有限元模型,进行了转体结构的静力受力分析,分析转体过程球铰受力状态,得到了球铰接触面应力的分布规律,以及《规范》公式所计算的球铰接触面应力值较小的结论。
英文摘要:
      In order to obtain the distribution law of the stress of the contact surface of the ball hinge of a swivel system under the vertical load and the accuracy of the formula in《Technical Specifications for the Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts》for calculating the contact stress of the ball hinge, a refined finite element analysis model is established in the present paper, with T structured reinforced concrete swing bridge 2×60 m at Q1K3 + 702.892 of the Yan Chong Expreeway over crossing the Kang Yan Railway chosen as a calculation example. With the help of the simulation analysis model, a static analysis of the ball hinge of the swing structure is performed, with the law of the ball hinge interface stress distribution obtained. And our research also concludes that the stress value of the ball hinge contact surface calculated with the standard formula in《Technical Specifications for the Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts》is found to be somewhat less.
