      在铁路桥梁施工过程中,受现场地形、桥跨、施工条件、工期等因素影响,原位现浇技术常作为箱梁主要施工方式之一,常用的原位现浇方法主要有钢管支架法、满堂支架法和移动模架法。结合施工现场沟谷地形,设计了一种通过荷载计算,支架、牛腿、贝雷梁、墩身等受力验算,确定强度、刚度和稳定性均满足要求的钢管支架与牛腿组合支撑体系。既保证了施工安全质量,又节省施工成本,保证了工期。为同类型铁路桥梁施工设计提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。
英文摘要:
      In the course of the construction of railway bridges, owing to the effects of the site topography, the spanning width, construction conditions, the construction duration and other factors, the cast in place technique is often used as one of the main construction modes for box girders, in which case the commonly used construction methods for cast in place construction include the steel tube bracket method, the full scaffold method and the moving mold base method. Upon the basis of considering the valley topography of the construction site, designed in the present paper is a composite support system of steel tubes combined with corbels,which is based on the load calculations, the force checking calculation for brackets, corbels, bayley beams, pier bodies and the like. The composite support system can not only ensure the requirements in construction safety and quality, but also help save construction costs and ensure the construction duration requirement. The paper provides valuable experience for the design of the construction for other railway bridges of the same type.
