      结合保定市乐凯大街南延工程的上跨京广线保定南站主桥,针对因转动体重量过大而仅在转盘位置施加顶力无法顶起的情况,提出了在转盘位置和梁端位置联合施加顶力的方法,并推导了联合称重的计算公式。在称重试验前,通过对转动体相关数据的理论计算和数值模拟,可以有效指导实际称重试验。研究结果表明:采用联合称重的方法,能够有效解决大吨位桥梁无法顶起的问题;采用梁端施加顶力的方法,主梁应力变化较小,能保证结构的安全,并能减少转盘位置36%的顶力;梁端施加的顶力不能过大,以免主梁底板被顶裂。合理的配重方案保证了转体过程的安全、平顺。
英文摘要:
      With the main bridge of the Baoding South Railway Station Flying over the Beijing Guangzhou Railway of the Southward Extending Line of the Lucky Street in Baoding City as the background, and aiming at dealing with the problem that the rotation body cannot be lifted at the position of the turntable due to the excessive weight of the it, put forward in the present paper is a new method of jointly applying the lifting force respectively at the position of the turntable and the beam end position, with the calculation formulae for the joint weighing derived. Before the weighing test, the actual weighing test may be effectively guided by the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of the rotation body related data. The results of our research show that the method of joint weighing can effectively solve the problem of a large tonnage bridge being unable to be lifted; the method of applying the lifting force at the beam end results in smaller stress variation of the main beam, thus, can ensure the safety of the structure, and can reduce the lifting force at the turntable position by 36%; The lifting force applied by the beam end should not be too large. Otherwise, the bottom plate of the main beam might be cracked by the lifting force. The reasonably weighting scheme ensures the safety and smoothness of the rotation construction.
