      在花岗片麻岩复合地层施工中,由于存在孤石或基岩凸起,对盾构施工造成很大的困难和风险。结合广州地铁21号线中新站至中间风井盾构区间实例,介绍了土压平衡盾构机在片麻岩复合地层施工中的应用技术,遇到基岩凸起、“上软下硬”情况,采用地面爆破施工,通过对爆破时药包设计、安装及布孔方式、爆破安全距离的控制,对基岩进行预处理,爆破后检测处理效果并通过地面注浆固结裂隙。盾构机掘进时,在不同路段,通过控制盾构机的掘进参数,顺利完成盾构区间掘进任务,减少盾构开仓风险。
英文摘要:
      In the construction of the granite gneiss composite stratum, the existence of boulders and bedrock uplift brings great difficulties and risks to the shield tunneling construction. With the shield tunneling section between the Zhongxing Station and the mid ventilating shaft of Line 21 of the Guangzhou Metro as a practical example, introduced in the present paper are the application techniques for the construction of the earth pressure balance shield machine in the granite gneiss composite stratum. When the shield encounters the bedrock uplift or the circumstances of the stratum being soft upper but hard lower, the ground blasting construction has to be performed, in which case the bedrock is pre treated through the design, the lay out of the dynamite charge for blasting, different hole laying modes and the control of the safety distance for blasting. After blasting, the treating effect has to be tested, with ground slip casting performed to consolidate the cracks. When the shield is drilling, the drilling parameters will be controlled for different sections so as to ensure completing the drilling tasks in each of the sections and lower the shield opening risks.
