      在空间结构中,为增大结构跨度,以及强化结构立面和屋顶的曲线美,在公共大空间建筑中,较多的采用管桁架屋顶。结合张家口宁远机场改扩建工程T2航站楼工程施工,分析了管桁架屋顶施工的重难点,介绍了双曲面管桁架屋顶桁架切割及焊接,吊装单元块划分、吊装及线型控制等关键施工技术,可为类似工程施工方案选择提供参考。
英文摘要:
      In space structures,the tube truss roof is more and more widely used for large public space buildings so as to enlarge the span of the structure and strengthen the curvilinear beauty of the vertical side and the roof of the structure. With the construction of the tube truss roof of Terminal Building T2 of the Ningyuan Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project of Zhangjiakou as the background, analyzed in the present paper are the important and difficult points of the construction of the tube truss roof,with the key construction techniques for the roof truss of the hyperboloid tube truss roof such as cutting, welding and the like, the division of the hoisted units, hoisting and the control of the alignment introduced. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the choice of different construction schemes for other similar projects.
