      为提高橡胶沥青的工程使用性能,基于国产天然橡胶——杜仲胶的双键结构可被硫化的特性,采用高温混炼工艺按照不同的杜仲胶掺量对橡胶粉进行改性,以沥青旋转黏度试验、聚合物改性沥青离析试验、PG分级试验和荧光显微镜观测为技术手段研究了杜仲胶掺量对橡胶粉改性效果的影响。结果表明:采用高温混炼工艺能够有效促进杜仲胶对橡胶粉的改性进程,同时也能使橡胶粉适度地脱硫与降解;杜仲胶掺量的变化会影响其对橡胶粉的改性效果,当杜仲胶掺量为橡胶粉质量的10%时,杜仲胶能够发挥最佳的改性作用;复合改性沥青具有低黏度特性,其储存稳定性显著

      In order to improve the engineering performance of rubber asphalt, the crumb rubber(CR) is modified by mixing it with different contents of eucommia ulmoides gum at high temperatures, the experiment of which is carried out upon the basis of the characteristic of domestic natural rubber eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG) that its double bond structure can be vulcanized. Then, by means of the viscosity test, the separation test, the PG grade test and the fluorescence microscope test, the modification effects of EUG with different contents on CR are studied. The results show that the high temperature mixing process can effectively promote the modification process of EUG on CR, and meanwhile can moderately desulfurize and degrade CR. The modification effect of EUG on CR is affected by the difference in EUG contents. EUG has the best performance when the content of EUG is 10% of the mass of CR. The EUG CR composite modified asphalt whose viscosity is low, and storage stability is good, is found to have significantly better both high temperature and low temperature performance than that of rubber asphalt.
