      以某大桥施工为例,介绍了处于易滑坡陡壁山区桥墩桩基施工的关键控制技术。针对施工过程中遇到的岩溶地基处理、滑坡山体防护、施工场地狭窄、施工材料及渣石运输困难等问题,提出了逐桩探溶、提前预注浆,搭设工字钢作业平台,在斜坡上设置滚轮运输轨道或全封闭滑槽等诸多措施。实践证明,这些措施有效地克服了施工问题、加快了施工进度,经济效益十分明显。

      With the construction of a certain bridge as a practical example, introduced in the present paper are key control techniques for the construction of a pile foundation, which is located in a mountainous area with landslides and steep walls. Aiming at solving the problems such as the treatment of karst foundation, the protection of sliding slopes, the narrowness of the construction site and the great difficulty in transporting construction materials and slag stones, which are faced with in the process of construction, put forward in the paper are many measures that include exploring limestone caves pile by pile, pre grouting in advance, setting up I steel working platforms, providing roller transportation tracks or fully enclosed chutes on the slope, etc.Practice shows that, by adopting the construction techniques proposed here, the construction progress is effectively accelerated, with very obvious economic benefits achieved.
