深水、大流速桥梁水下检测技术的实践与探讨

      包兰线兰州东岗镇黄河铁路大桥服役已达60余a,水中主墩均为扩大基础,桥址处水深流急、冲刷严重,亟需探明大桥基础外观、埋深等状况。在检测过程中,除采用常规检测方法外,针对特殊水文条件,研制了潜水梯、潜水笼等工装设备辅助潜水员顺利完成水下检测,尝试了水下机器人ROV水下摄像等新手段。通过多重方法检测再对比验证,使检测结果更全面、更准确。此次检测为深水、大流速水域中的桥梁水下基础检测总结了相对完善的工艺流程和探索了有效的检测方法。
英文摘要:
      With the design scheme for the bracket of Block 0 of the continuous girder bridge (60+104+ 60m) spanning the Nasu River as a practical example, whether the structural strength and stability are up to the requirement is judged by the result of the MIDAS finite element software analysis in the present paper, with the strength and stability of the most unfavorable position of the structure checked. Through the checking calculation, it is found that the bracket structure can meet the requirements of the design and the construction of the one time pouring in both security and stability. The bracket is simple but reliable in structural composition, simple and convenient in construction, and helps save cost and improve work efficiency.
