      近些年,由于城市化的不断加快,地下公路等快速道路系统呈高速发展趋势。工程施工中可能会与原有建筑物基础发生冲突,需要在桩基托换过程中保证原有建筑物的安全稳定。以北京广渠路东延道路工程为例,详细介绍了桩基托换工程中托换结构、顶升系统以及基坑围护结构的设计,施工中加强基坑防水和施工监测,合理安排工序。施工期间未中断地铁运营,桩基托换设计方案合理,希望能为相关工程提供借鉴。

      With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization in recent years, the rapid road systems such as underground roads and the like show a rapid developing trend. The construction of those new projects may be in conflict with the foundation of the existing buildings, in which case it is necessary to ensure the safety and stability of the former buildings during the pile foundation replacing process. With the eastward extending project of the Guangqu Road in Beijing as a practical example, introduced in detail in the present paper is the design of the underpinning structure, the jacking system and the foundation pit retaining structure in the pile foundation underpinning construction, in the process of which the waterproofing and the construction monitoring of the foundation pit have to be strengthened and the processes of construction have to be rationally arranged. During the construction of the project, the normal operation of the subway was not interrupted, which shows that the design scheme of the pile foundation underpinning is reasonable. It is hoped that the success in the project may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
