      悬臂法施工架设拱圈作为跨山区峡谷主要施工方法,多数采用缆塔、扣塔一体化拱肋安装或为缆塔、扣塔分离式安装。怒江四线特大桥考虑到拱的结构、桥址、自然条件、造价、工期因素,采用悬臂架设法,在缆扣塔分离架设常规施工基础上,采用两个主扣塔和两个辅助扣塔的施工方案。针对扣点、扣塔、锚点等几个方面展开技术可行性、安全可靠性、经济合理性比较,最终确定四扣塔多扣索的拱圈架设方法。施工实践证明,此方案既满足了施工工期的要求,又有效的分担了双扣塔承担的巨大不平衡力,保证了施工安全。

      Erecting arch rings by means of the cantilever method is the main construction method for spanning valleys in mountainous regions,in which case the cable tower and the locking tower are mostly integrally adopted to install arch ribs,or the cable tower and the locking tower are separately adopted to install arch ribs.Upon the basis of considering the structure of the arch,the location of the bridge,the natural conditions around the bridge,the costs,the construction duration and other factors, the cantilever method is finally chosen for the project.On the basis of the common construction method of adopting the cable tower and the locking tower separately,the construction scheme of using two main locking towers and two auxialry locking towers is actually adopted.As far as locking points, the locking tower,and the anchoring points are concerned,the technical feasibility,the secure reliability and the economic rationality of them are compared, with the four-locking-tower,multi-locking cable erecting scheme for arch rings finally determined.Construction practice shows that the present construction scheme not only meets the requirement in construction duration,but also effectively shares the great unbalanced forces originally to be born by the two locking towers,and thus the safe construction is ensured.
