      在盾构掘进期间,当刀具严重磨损、刀盘土仓泥饼聚结导致掘进困难并且现场客观条件限制严格时,需要带压开仓更换刀具、清理泥饼。带压开仓需要根据现场地质条件采取相应的辅助措施,当土压平衡盾构在上部为富水砂砾、下部为泥岩条件下进行带压开仓时,由于砂层透水、透气性较强,只做泥膜护壁,可能存在较大风险,还需要在地面采取辅助加固措施以确保施工安全。以南昌地铁盾构施工为例,就富水复合地层带压开仓中地面及洞内加固措施、设备保障、掌子面泥膜施作、带压开仓实施及风险控制等相关技术进行了阐述,有利于保证施工安全。

      When the cutting tools are worn seriously during drilling, the gathering of too much bored earth in the cutter chamber makes drilling difficult and the objective conditions of the site are strictly limited, it is necessary to open the cutter chamber with pressure and to have the bored earth removed and the cutting tools replaced.When the cutter chamber is opened with pressure,some corresponding auxiliary technical measures have to be taken according to the specific geological conditions of the site.When the cutter chamber is opened with pressure in a stratum whose upper part is rich watered gravel and whose lower part is mudstone, owing to the fine water-and-air permeability of the sandy layer,there may be comparatively big risks if the hole wall is protected with earth film only,in which case it is necessary to take some auxiliary consolidating measures on the ground to ensure the safe construction.With the construction of the subway with the earth pressure balancing shield in Nanchang of Jiangxi as a practical example, dealt with in detail in the paper are the ground and in-tunnel consolidating measures, equipment support,the earth-film performance at the tunnel face, the performance of opening the cutter chamber with pressure,risk control,and other corresponding techniques when the cutter chamber is opened with pressure in a rich-watered composite stratum,all of which help ensure the safe construction.
