      地铁基坑在预应力锚索支护施工过程中,普遍存在预应力损失现象。以石家庄地铁东里站基坑锚索支护为例,阐述了预应力锚索支护的主要施工方法,在此基础上分别从钢绞线松弛、施工因素、注浆控制以及锚具张拉损失等方面分析了造成预应力锚索应力损失的主要原因,并分别提出了针对性的改进措施。实践证明,采用这些改进措施,可有效改善预应力锚索支护施工过程中的预应力损失,效果明显。
英文摘要:
      In the supporting process of the pre-stressed anchoring cable for the foundation pit of a subway,it is very common that there exists some loss of the pre-stress. With the supporting with the anchoring cable for the foundation pit of the Dongli Station of the Shijiazhuang Metro as a practical example, dealt with in the paper are the main construction methods for supporting with anchoring cables,upon the basis of which the main causes for the loss of the pre-stress are analyzed in the paper from the angles of the relaxation of strands,construction factors,the grouting control and the losses caused by the stretching of the anchoring tools, with the corresponding improving measures put forward. Practice proves that adopting these improving measures mentioned in this paper can effectively reduce the loss of the pre stress in the construction process of supporting with pre-stressed anchoring cables, and the improving effect is obvious.
